When I first heard of it, I took no notice because I was still enamored with blogs and blogging. I know, I am somewhat retarded when it comes to the web. It took me quite a while to realize that there was so much more to the web than adult and sleazy porn sites. There are loads of those I can say and they can definitely consume all your time but, from what transpired, blogging held my attention the longest because I love writing. I am not saying that I am good at it but I just love writing stuff. It makes no difference that there were no readers. Writing was what I needed to keep me satisfied. Well, not for long, anyway. I got bored doing the same old things, namely, writing, or more importantly, I ran out of ideas to opine about. I sorely wanted a change to keep from going crazy and I turned my focus on other things like locating traffic. So I spent some time looking at social bookmarking. Nothing in depth, just superficial stuff like, how does it work and plain and simple things like that. The wonderful thing about social bookmarking sites is that it requires very little intellectual capacity. You sign up and submit your sites and they accept it. Then the magic begins. Spiders find your sites and rank them. cool! I have had a site rank in number one on Google’s search pages after I submitted it to a few social bookmarking sites.
